Anti-inflammatory And Anti-rheumatic ProductsIndication Dosage
Moderate To Severe Active Rheumatoid Arthritis, Active Psoriatic Arthritis:
- Adult: Initially 100 Mg Once Daily For 3 Days Then Reduced To 10-20 Mg Once Daily; If Dose Not Tolerated Or Alt Level Elevations; Reduce Dose To 10 Mg/day. If Elevations Persist Or Alt Level Is Higher Further, Discontinue.
- Children: Not Recommended.

- Antimetabolite; Dmard (disease Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs)
Contra Indications
- Severe Immunodeficiency, Bone Marrow Dysfunction, Blood Dyscrasias, Serious Infections, Hepatic Impairment, Moderate To Severe Renal Insufficiency, Severe Hypoproteinaemia, Ulcerative Stomatitis. Contraception Must Be Used By Men And Women During And For 2 Years After Use Or Until Plasma Levels Fall Below 0.02 Mg/i.
