Indication Dosage

Lower Respiratory Infection, Upper Respiratory Infection, Skin Infection, Urinary Tract Infection: 

  • Adults: 200 Mg, Then 100 Mg Every 12 Hr Or 50 Mg Every 6 Hr. 
  • Children 8 Yrs: 4 Mg/kg, Then 2 Mg/kg Every 12 Hr

  • Cap /Tab 50mg /100mg: Minocycline 50mg /100mg.

Pregnancy

Contraindicated In Pregnancy.

  • Tetracycline Antibiotics

Contra Indications

  • Renal Failure, Children Under 12 Years (deposition In Growing Bone And Teeth, By Binding To Calcium, Causes Staining And Occasionally Dental Hypoplasia)
