Olanzapine and Fluoxetine is a medication that doctors use to treat a specific mental health condition called "bipolar depression." It's for people who have periods of extreme sadness and high energy (mania) as part of their bipolar disorder.
Treatment Resistant Depression, Depression Associated With Bipolar 1 Disorder:
- Adult: Initially25 Mg/6 Mg Per Day In Evening Then Increase Gradually If Needed; Max 75 Mg/18 Mg Per Day.
