For The Treatment Of Acute Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction Or Disturbance On Motor Functions:
- Adults: 80 Mg, Twice A Day, Solute In 500 Ml Normal Saline Or 5% Glucose Solution, Iv Infusion, For A Duration Of 2 Weeks.
- Children: Not Recommended

- Cerebral Haemorrhage Or Cerebral Infarction With Haemorrhage, Deep Coma Accompanied Large Area Cerebral Infarction, Severe Impairment On Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney, Such As Severe Arrhythmia Or Cardiovascular Infarction, Hemopathy Or Hemorrhagic Tendency, Severe Hyper-tension, With A Contracting Pressure Of 200 Mmhg.
