Transient Ischaemic Attack/stroke:
- Adults: 50-325 Mg Once Daily.
Acute Ischaemic Stroke:
- Adult: 300 Mg Once Daily For 14 Days, To Be Initiated 24 Hours After Thrombolysis Or As Soon As Possible.
Suspected Acute Myocardial Infarction:
- Adults: 160-162.5 Mg Once Daily As Soon As Suspect Mi. Maintenance: 160-162.5 Mg For 30 Days Post-infarction.
Prevention Or Recurrent Myocardial Infarction:
- Adults: 75-325 Mg Once Daily.
Following Coronary By-pass Surgery:
- Adult: 75-300 Mg Daily
Mild To Moderate Pain / Pyrexia:
- Adults & Children Above 12 Yr Age: 325-1000 Mg Every 4-6 Hr As Needed. Max: 4 Gm/day.

For Kawasaki Disease. Haemophilia, Severe Cardiac Failure, Severe Renal Or Hepatic Impairment, Not Recommended For Treatment Of Gout.
