Indication Dosage

Pazopanib is a medication used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer) and soft tissue sarcoma (a rare cancer that affects the soft tissues of the body). It works by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and the development of blood vessels that supply them. Pazopanib may be prescribed by healthcare professionals when other treatments have not been effective or as a first-line therapy for these specific types of cancer. 

First-line Treatment Of Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma, Treatment Of Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma In Patients Who Have Had Previous Treatment With Cytokine Therapy: 

  • Adult: 800 Mg Daily, Adjust Dose In Steps Of 200mg According To Tolerability; Maximum 800 Mg Per Day 

Treatment Of Selective Subtypes Of Advanced Soft-tissue Sarcoma: 

  • Adult: (consult Product Literature) 
  • Children: Not Recommended.
