Indication Dosage

Potassium chloride and bumetanide are medications used for different purposes. Potassium chloride is primarily prescribed to treat or prevent low levels of potassium in the blood, a condition known as hypokalemia. On the other hand, bumetanide is a diuretic medication used to reduce excess fluid in the body and manage conditions like edema (fluid retention) and hypertension (high blood pressure).

Oedema Associated With Congestive Heart Failure, Hepatic Ascites, And Renal Disease: 

  • Adults: 1-4 Tab Daily 
  • Children: Not Recommended.

  • Tab: Potassium Chloride 573mg, Bumetanide 0.5mg.

  • Anuria, Comatose And Precomatose States Associated With Liver Cirrhosis, Renal Failure Due To Nephrotoxic Or Hepatotoxic Drugs, Severe Hypokalaemia, Severe Hyponatraemia

  • Musculoskeletal Pain. Discontinue If Any Symptoms Of Ulceration Or Obstruction Of Small Bowel Occur.urinary Retention Can Occur In Prostatic Hyperplasia
